Description
JX Self-cleaning Paint Filter is driven by the cylinder drive and the motor to remove the impurities intercepted by the filter element to protect other equipment's normal operation. It can filter liquid viscosity up to 800000 centipoises.
The automatic cleaning and discharging function are fully controlled by PLC and adjust by pressure difference and time. It is ideal for the high viscosity liquid filtration which has advantages of large treatment capacity, jamless and continuous operation.

Working PrincipleThe liquid flows in from the inlet of the filter, flows from top to bottom, through the surface of the filter screen to the outlet. When a certain amount of impurities is collected on the filter element's surface, the motor drives the scraper equipped with a corrector to rotate against the surface of the filter screen to scrape away the impurities. The impurities gather in the collector with the descending liquid. When a certain amount of impurities is accumulated, the automatic drain valve opens the collection chamber to discharge the liquid with a high concentration of impurities. The discharged residual liquid can be recovered or discharged.
