The water to be treated enters the body through the water inlet. The impurities in the water are deposited on the stainless steel filter screen, resulting in a pressure difference.
The pressure difference switch monitors the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electronic controller sends the hydraulic control valve and drives motor signals to trigger the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter element. The control valve opens at the same time. For sewage discharge, the entire cleaning process only lasts for tens of seconds. When the cleaning is over, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to its initial state and begins to enter the following filtration process.
After the equipment is installed, the technicians will debug and set the filtering time and cleaning conversion time. The water to be treated enters the body through the water inlet, and the filter starts to work normally.
