Description
JX Automatic Back-flushing Filter can be equipped with different amounts of elements to provide maximum filtering area in each filter housing, making the filter have the smallest pressure loss when working. The filter body's pressure design is usually based on the chemical pipeline filter and steel pressure vessel design standards. The filter also can adapt to the particular requirements of other design criteria.
It mainly contains cylinder, filter element, backwashing mechanism, electric control device, reducer, electric valve and differential pressure controller, etc. And it is widely applied in metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, oil field reinjection water, ship ballast water, and environmental protection water treatment.

Working Principle
The liquid enters the filter from the inlet and then enters the filter screen through the lower fixed plate. The liquid flows from the inside to the outside of the filter elements and out of the filter from the outlet. The impurities discharged from the sewage outlet.
Normally filter during cleaning without interruption of flow. As the liquid flows from inside to outside of the filter, solid particles are trapped inside the filter elements. As the impurities increase, the pressure difference between the impurities side and the clean liquid side gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches the pre-set value, the pressure gauge sends a signal, and the filter starts the automatic backwashing process.
