When water enters the self-cleaning filter cartridge from the water inlet at the bottom, impurities are blocked on the filter cartridge's inner wall. Filtered clean water flows out of the water outlet. When the impurities on the filter cartridge's inner wall accumulate, and the pressure difference reaches the preset value or reaches the cleaning time or manual prefabrication, the filter will start the self-cleaning process. The entire self-cleaning process consists of two steps: opening the automatic drain valve located on the self-cleaning filter, and the motor drives the self-cleaning filter.

The cleaning brush in the filter screen, the impurities blocked by the filter screen are discharged from the drain valve, and the system continues to flow during cleaning. The entire operation process of the self-cleaning filter is controlled by an intelligent control box equipped with it. The control mode can choose pressure difference, time, manual and PLC control.
