Water or other liquids enter the body of the equipment through the water inlet of the automatic self-cleaning filter, and the filter intercepts the required filtering impurities in the water or other liquids. The filtered water or other liquids pass through the automatic self-cleaning filter The water outlet is discharged, and the impurities stay inside the filter. With the accumulation of impurities, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter will increase accordingly. This value is detected by the pressure difference switch of the device. When this value reaches the pressure difference, switch the preset value. When setting the value, the differential pressure switch will transmit the signal to the electric control cabinet through the transmission line. The electric control cabinet will then divide the signal to the cleaning component (rotary brush or suction port) and the sewage valve.

At this time, the cleaning component performs the cleaning on the inner surface of the filter screen. Thoroughly clean and then drain the impurities and part of the liquid from the inside of the drain valve's equipment. The time control of the electrical control cabinet of the equipment can be set according to the start interval of the pressure difference. After that, the time and pressure difference can be controlled by dual control of the equipment. The cleaning cycle is controlled to double guarantee the equipment's cleaning effect and the system's normal operation.
