Drying: The sludge after extraction is continuously moved forward with the rotation of the spiral shaft along the direction of the mud cake outlet. The pitch of the spiral shaft is gradually reduced, and the gap between the ring and the ring is also steadily declined. The volume of the cavity is continuously condensed. Under the effect of the inlet and outlet back pressure plate, the internal pressure is slowly increased. With the continuous operation of the promoting spiral shaft, the water in the sludge is discharged by extrusion, and the solid content of the filter cake continues to rise.
