JX Dewatering Press is used for transporting sludge, injecting the chemical liquid, concentrating and dehydrating, discharging sludge cake to achieve solid-liquid separation.The screw press is suitable for filtration and dehydration of municipal sewage, tap water, food, beverage, chemical industry, etc.
It treats sewage through the interaction between the screw shaft and the static and dynamic rings and separates the water in the sludge through a special process. The sludge can be directly bagged and transported, and the separated water can be directly discharged.

Working Principle
The main body of the sludge press is formed by a fixed ring and a floating ring which are mutually contained, and the screw shaft penetrates through it.
The small movable filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the moving ring. The inner cavity formed by the screw shaft and the ring are filled with flocculated particles. The end back pressure plate is rotated and compressed to form a sludge cake.
The screw shaft rotates and pushes and continuously drives the moving ring to clean the filter gap and prevent clogging.
After the sludge is concentrated by gravity in the thickening section, it is transported to the dewatering section. As the general filter gap and pitch gradually become smaller during the advancement process, and under the block of the backpressure plate, great internal pressure is generated, and the volume is continuously reduced to achieve the purpose of sufficient dehydration.
