Description
Screw filter Press has no sludge concentrated tank, no filter cloth or clogging, suitable for oily sludge. Moreover, screw press can be operated low-speed without any noise or energy consumption. The auxiliary equipment such as dosing device and pump are available.
It has a small size but complete equipment functions. It contains an electric control cabinet, a metering tank, a flocculation mixing tank and a dehydrator main body—the main body is composed of multiple fixed rings, gaskets and moving rings.

Working PrincipleThe main body of the sludge press is formed by a fixed ring and a floating ring which are mutually contained, and the screw shaft penetrates through it. The small movable filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the moving ring. The inner cavity formed by the screw shaft and the ring are filled with flocculated particles. The end back pressure plate is rotated and compressed to form a sludge cake. The screw shaft rotates and pushes and continuously drives the moving ring to clean the filter gap and prevent clogging. After the sludge is concentrated by gravity in the thickening section, it is transported to the dewatering section. As the general filter gap and pitch gradually become smaller during the advancement process, and under the block of the backpressure plate, great internal pressure is generated, and the volume is continuously reduced to achieve the purpose of sufficient dehydration.
