1. Circulating water system protection

Cooling tower water quality maintenance

• Intercept pipeline rust particles (＞100μm) and biological sludge
• Typical parameters: processing capacity 50-2000m³/h, pressure difference triggers backwash (ΔP≥0.08MPa)

Seawater desalination pretreatment

• Remove 0.1-1mm suspended matter in seawater
• Special configuration: titanium alloy filter

2. Food and beverage processing

Juice clarification pretreatment

• Remove 50-500μm pulp fiber in squeezed juice
• Food grade design: 316L filter + quick-release sealing structure

Brewing process

• Beer wort filtration (intercept wheat husk＞0.5mm)

Catalyst particle recovery

• Capture 50-200μm precious metal catalysts
