Core application stage
1. Continuous clarification (colloid/particle removal)
- Primary purification: After pre-filtration of juice, high-speed separation is used to remove 5-50μm residual pulp fibers and pectin colloids (such as apple juice turbidity from 200NTU to ≤15NTU).
- Anti-oxidation design: Nitrogen sealed drum (oxygen content <0.5%) protects heat-sensitive components.
2. Liquid component stratification extraction
- Citrus essential oil extraction: The centrifugal stratification principle is used to separate the juice and essential oil phases, with an extraction efficiency of 95-98%.
- Fruit pulp stratification: For solid-containing systems such as tomato juice, the pulp and clear juice are separated.
3. Recovery of high value-added ingredients
- Nano-particle enrichment: Recover active ingredients with a particle size of 0.1-1μm in juice (such as sea buckthorn flavonoids and pomegranate polyphenols), and the purity is increased to 80-90%.
