Sludge Dewatering Press is a new type of sludge dewatering equipment. The sludge dewatering press is mainly composed of the filter screen formed by the spiral shaft, static ring and dynamic ring. The front section is the concentration section, and the rear section is the dehydration section. The screw extrusion principle is used for extrusion dehydration. The screw extrusion principle is to use the gradual reduction of the pitch between the blades to increase the extrusion pressure on the sludge. Under the action of the extrusion pressure, the sludge is dewatered. The small particles of liquid phase and solid phase flow out from the filter gap between the static ring and the dynamic ring. The dewatered sludge cake is discharged from the discharge port under the promotion of the spiral shaft. Since the diameter of the spiral shaft blade is larger than the inner diameter of the moving ring, when the spiral shaft rotates, it will drive the moving ring to rotate together, so that the moving ring will be eccentric and staggered relative to the stationary ring, thus realizing the self-cleaning of the filter screen and effectively reducing the problem of filter screen blockage.
