The scraper type self-cleaning filter is a kind of filter that directly intercepts impurities in the water, removes suspended solids and particulate matter in the water, reduces turbidity, purifies water quality, reduces system dirt, bacteria and algae, rust, etc., to purify water quality. The liquid flows in from the inlet, and the disc-shaped scraper with spring is close to the inner surface of the filter element and stops at the upper end of the filter element. The liquid passes through the scraper and flows outward from the inner surface of the filter element, and the particle will be intercepted inside of the surface of filter element and then the filtrated liquid will flow from the out port of self-cleaning filter.With the passage of time, the impurities and particle gradually increase, and the pressure difference rises, and the filter element will be cleaned according to the set pressure difference or time set.

Self-cleaning working principle:
The internal structure of the scraper self-cleaning filter is composed of scraper, stainless steel filter screen, electrode, sewage valve and transmission parts. The transmission motor and electric valve automatically complete the cleaning and sewage discharge. The operation mode is automatic operation (manual operation is also possible), with pressure difference or regular automatic sewage discharge function.
When the water flows through the filter, the mechanical impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter screen. When the accumulated impurities on the surface of the filter screen increase and the pressure difference reaches 0.06MPa, the differential pressure switch will send out a signal, the transmission motor will start, and the sewage valve will open, the impurities deposited in the filter screen are scraped off by the rotating scraper and discharged from the sewage outlet. The whole scrubbing and sewage discharge process does not require personnel operation or shutdown. At the same time, the device also has the functions of regular scraper cleaning and sewage discharge and manual cleaning and sewage discharge to ensure the safety and reliability of the water outlet under any circumstances.

Control process:

The cleaning time is set at the factory value, and the user can adjust it according to the microcomputer time control switch manual.
