The working principle and working process of disc filter:
Disc Filter Principle:
The surface of the filter disc is engraved with fine grooves, and the grooves of adjacent discs have different angles, thus forming many groove intersections with each other. These intersections constitute a large number of cavities and irregular passages, which lead to agglomeration of collisions between turbulent flow and particles, making it easier to be intercepted at the next intersection. Therefore, some particles will pass through the initial intersection, but will eventually be intercepted by later intersections. When a large amount of impurities are accumulated in the grooves between the discs, the filter device automatically opens the compressed discs by changing the direction of the water flow in and out, and sprays the pressure water to drive the discs to rotate at a high speed to clean the discs. Then, change the direction of water flow to restores the initial filtration state.
Filter process:
The compression force formed by the spring force and the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the gland presses the discs together tightly to form a tight filter element to prevent the penetration of impurities in the water (raw water enters the filter and passes through the filter element, and the suspended impurities in the water are intercepted outside the platter and between the platters).
Backwash process:
The controller of the disc filter sends a signal to close the water inlet and open the sewage. At this time, the clean water filtered by other filter units enters the water outlet of the backwash filter from the opposite direction; the skirt wings of the rubber cone are opened by the water pressure, and the water flow can only enter 3 backwash pipes; the pressurized water is sprayed from the nozzle installed on the backwash pipe, and also enters the piston cover, pushes the gland upwards, and releases the compressed disc; The water jet in the tangential direction drives the loosened disc to rotate rapidly, and washes away the intercepted impurities at the same time; the backwash water carries the washed impurities and discharges them from the sewage outlet.
The control method used by the controller:
The disc filter controller adopts two control modes: time setting and differential pressure setting, which can realize two backwashing states and the control is flexible. Set the automatic backwash according to the time: the backwash time of each filter head is 25 S, and the interval of every two filter heads is 10 S for backwash; According to the differential pressure setting: the differential pressure is set to 0.1 MPa, when the inlet and outlet water pressure difference reaches 0 .1 MPa, the first filter head delays to ensure that the pressure difference is stable for 4 S and starts automatic backwashing.
