I. Core Structure and Working Principle
The equipment typically consists of an upper crushing chamber and a lower pressing/dewatering section connected in series, sharing a common drive system or driven independently.
1. Crushing Stage:
Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed inlet. Built-in high-speed rotating dual-shaft shearing blades or hammers/rollers cut, tear, and pulverize large pieces of material (such as fruits, vegetables, kitchen waste, straw, and residues) into uniform small particles (typically 10-50mm). The crushed material is easier to convey and dewater evenly.
2. Pressing/Dewatering Stage:
The core component is a variable-diameter, variable-pitch spiral shaft that rotates inside the screen cylinder. The crushed material falls directly into the pressing section below. Driven forward by the screw, the material gradually compresses, generating immense pressure. Liquids (water, oil, etc.) are discharged through the gaps in the screen cylinder under pressure, collected as filtrate. The dehydrated solids are discharged from the slag outlet at the end, forming dry slag.
The entire process operates continuously and automatically, integrating "feeding -> crushing -> pressing -> dry slag/liquid discharge".
