Two-Step Process, One Integrated Machine

The machine operates through two core stages. First, the crushing stage: materials of varying sizes and shapes—such as fruit peels, vegetable scraps, food leftovers, or fibrous biomass—are fed into the crushing unit, where rotating blades or hammers break them down into smaller, uniform particles through shearing and impact. This preparation step increases surface area and disrupts cellular structures, making subsequent dehydration significantly more efficient.

Second, the pressing stage: the crushed material is conveyed into the pressing unit, typically a screw press mechanism. As the screw shaft rotates, the pitch gradually decreases while the screen aperture remains constant, continuously compressing the space and generating tremendous squeezing force. Moisture is forced out through the screen, while the dewatered solids are discharged through the outlet.
