Why paper mill needs rotary drum screen:
As we all know, the paper industry is a water-intensive, energy-intensive and polluting industry. Working Principles:
Rotary drum screen is a simple mechanical method. It controls the amount of water inflow through the regulating valve, so that the liquid level of the water inlet and the water outlet will generate and maintain a certain liquid level difference. Suspended solids such as fibers in the white water are trapped on the filter screen, and as the suspended solids accumulated on the filter screen increase, a finer filter membrane will be formed. This filter membrane medium has relatively high flow rate characteristics under low hydraulic resistance, so that the size of the retained suspended solids is always smaller than the micropores on these filters. This is the main mechanism of the rotary drum screen to treat wastewater. With the continuous rotation of the filter cartridge, the suspended solids trapped on the filter screen are lifted to the top of the slag collecting hopper with the filter screen, and the pressurized cleaning water sprayed from the cleaning nozzle is recoiled and falls into the slag collecting hopper, and is discharged by the filter. The slag discharge port is discharged into the slag collection tank, and the filtered white water overflows from the water outlet. After washing, the filter screen enters the next circle to filter this cycle, that is the entire filtering process.
