The rotary drum screen is composed of driving device, overflow weir water distributor, flushing device and other major components, and the filter screen is made of stainless steel. The filter screen barrel is made of inverted trapezoidal section stainless steel bars, which is firm, reliable, non clogging, corrosion resistant and easy to clean. The working principle is that the treated water enters the overflow weir water distributor from the water pipe. After a short period of steady flow, it evenly overflows from the water outlet and is distributed on the filter screen of the filter cartridge which rotates in the opposite direction. The water flow and the inner wall of the filter cartridge produce a relative shear movement. The water flow efficiency is high. The solids are intercepted and separated, rolled along the spiral guide plate in the cartridge, and discharged from the other end of the cartridge. The filtrate flows away from the sink. The filter cartridge of the machine is equipped with a flushing water pipe. The flushing water pressure (≥ 4kg/cm2) is fan-shaped jet to flush and dredge the filter screen, so as to ensure that the filter screen always maintains a good filtering capacity.
