Description
JX Filtration Quick Opening Bag Filter Housing adopts the side-in bottom-out method (side-in side-out is available). Different filter precision depends on the various filter bags. The liquid flows in from the bottom of the filter bag to reduce the negative effects of turbulence.
The quick opening mechanism contributes to the convenient operation and shortens the time to change the filter bag. The quick opening bag filter has a large treatment capacity and better filtration effect as multi-bag filter housing.

Working Principle
The quick opening bag filter is mainly composed of a filter container, a support basket and a filter bag.
According to the flow requirements, multiple filter bags can be used in a single machine. The liquid enters from the filter housing's side or bottom and is flushed into from the top of the filter bag supported by the mesh basket. The filter bag expands due to the impact of the liquid and the pressure. The liquid material is evenly distributed on the inner surface of the filter bag.
The liquid passing through the filter bag is discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the filter, and filtered particles are trapped in the filter bag.
To replace or clean the filter bag, loosen the bolts, rotate the handwheel to lift the upper cover, and then take it out.
