Description
The bag filter housing is mainly consists of the filter vessel's main components, the filter vessel cover and the quick opening mechanism (or bolt-down clamp), and the stainless steel bag reinforcement basket.
It is suitable for solid-liquid separation industries that are easy to crystallize and solidify at low temperatures, such as oil refining, pharmaceuticals, chemical, biological, vegetable oil, industrial oil, etc.

Working PrincipleInstall the required filter bag in the bag filter housing, check whether the O-ring is intact, and then tighten the filter cover's ring bolt (or use the quick-opening device to close the upper cover). The pressure gradually rises during use. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPA, shut down and open the cover and check the filter bag condition. Replace the filter bag to continue using.
