Vibration screen effectively simulates the principle of manual sieving movement (the sieving accuracy, efficiency, and screen life are 5-10 times that of conventional round sieves), and is suitable for all fine and ultra-fine powder and particulate materials, especially suitable for materials that are difficult to handle. The basic rotary motion of vibration screen is similar to manual screening. The eccentricity is adjustable from 25 to 40mm, and the low speed V-belt drive is adjustable from 120 to 360rpm. The residence time of each product can be adjusted toward the drive axis through the radial and cutting angles of the oscillating screen. So build level and throw 3D tumbling motion. The material is evenly dispersed on the entire screen surface from the center to the outer edge, so as to spread in the axial direction in a spiral motion. The fine particles can be sieved by this way. The horizontal and vertical acceleration speed increases with the movement of the particles, and the particles close to the mesh size are successfully separated; the larger particles are transported to the outlet, and the flow is controlled by an adjustable guide device, which also controls the residence time of material. And this process is repeated between each sieve layer.

The sieving method is divided into the following:

1. Gyratory screening: Two layers of screens with the same aperture allow the materials that have been screened once to be screened again to achieve higher screening accuracy.
2. Gyratory reverse screening: The material is screened by fine→medium-fine→medium→coarse, and the coarse material plays a certain role in cleaning the mesh.
3. Double processing and screening: the materials entering the screening machine are evenly distributed on two levels, so that the processing capacity of a single screening machine is nearly doubled, and one screening machine is used as two.
4. Combined screening: ordinary screening + gyratory screening to improve the utilization rate of a single screening machine.

Cleaning method:

1. Bouncing ball cleaning: The food-grade rubber and silicone balls bounce on the punching plate under the screen, bounce the metal net, and reduce the blockage of the mesh. This system is simple to use, easy to maintain and suitable for most granular materials.
2. Rotary drum brush cleaning: The rotary brush is driven by the deceleration teeth installed on the base plate, and rotates under the screen to clean the material. It is suitable for the screening of spherical, crystalline and brittle materials.
3. Ultrasonic cleaning: High frequency ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the screen, which not only cleans the screen, but also significantly increases the production capacity. It is suitable for most fine, large-volume, and difficult-to-screen materials.
