What is Band Vacuum Filter?
Horizontal band vacuum filter is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving equipment that uses negative vacuum pressure as the driving force to achieve solid-liquid separation.
In terms of structure, the filtration section is arranged along the horizontal length direction, which can continuously complete the process operations of filtration, washing, suction drying, discharging and filter cloth regeneration.
Its unique structure and working principle determine its high filtration efficiency, large production capacity, good washing effect, flexible operation, simple maintenance, smooth and reliable operation, low noise, long filter cloth life, etc.
Structure
Horizontal belt vacuum filter is composed of transmission system, vacuum system, washing system, filter cloth tensioning and deflection correction system, filter cloth regeneration system, filter belt, frame, etc.
Transmission system: consists of motor reducer, driving drum, driven drum, carrier roller, speed control, etc.
Vacuum system: consisting of vacuum box, slide, sealing belt, filter belt, and gas-liquid separator outside the filter, vacuum pump, pipeline, etc.
Washing system: the process that has requirements for the purity of the filter cake. The process washing water enters the washing device above the filter cake (either water film washing or spray nozzle atomization washing) to wash the filter cake vertically. Washing efficiency is high and water consumption is small. The filter cake can be washed downstream or upstream according to the process needs.
Filter cloth tensioning and deflection correction system: The tensioning device adopts a screw to adjust the degree of filter cloth tightness; the air bag is controlled by a sensor to push the deflection roller to correct the deflection of the filter cloth.
Filter cloth regeneration system: Under certain water pressure, the nozzle flushes the filter cloth from front to back after discharging, so as to remove the materials blocked and adhered to the filter cloth and realize the regeneration of the filter cloth.
Filter belt: The filter belt developed by our company is light in quality, stable in size, better in sealing effect and service life than the filter belt made by existing technology in all aspects. The filter belt developed by our company has its own oil resistance function, so there is no need to use oil resistant rubber for production.
Frame: It is the skeleton that supports the whole filtration platform. Generally, there is no special requirement for carbon steel anti-corrosion.
