The filtering area of Band Vacuum Filter is 1.0~120m2. According to the different materials of the vacuum box contacting materials, there are stainless steel, carbon steel, plastic, plastic lining, titanium and other materials respectively, and can provide various auxiliary equipment matching with it.

It is especially for slurry which cannot be adsorbed by the vacuum drum filter, the solid particles are relatively large and the settling speed is relatively fast, they can be conveniently filtered, washed and dewatered.

• Multiple washing, and small washing water consumption is small.
  　　1. One and more washing sections can be set according to the material characteristics and process requirements.
  　　2. It can be operated by downstream washing and counter-current washing, which can save washing water and improve washing effect to a large extent.
  　　3. Washing water can be heated or cooled, the temperature range is 5~85℃, to ensure the washing effect to match. The use of cold water washing can reduce the solubility of the material and reduce the material loss.

• Fully automatic continuous operation.
  　　1. Materials are continuously input from the front end and filter cake is continuously discharged from the back end.
  　　2. The filtrate is continuously discharged from the gas-liquid separator and enters the filtrate storage tank or the next process.
  　　3. The washing water can be combined with filtrate or discharged separately.
• Good corrosion resistance.
  　　1. Since the filter belt is made of rubber synthetic material, it can achieve better wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
  　　2. The vacuum box and gas-liquid separator can be made of stainless steel, carbon steel, plastic lining, plastic and titanium, etc., which can adapt to various corrosive materials.
• Low energy consumption.
  　　1. The belt runs slowly, the spindle speed is low, and the power is small.
  　　2. Vacuum box and filter belt are well sealed, small air leakage, low power of vacuum pump.
