Different Working Principle of Three Types Self Flushing Filter

The self flushing filter can be dived into three types: brush self-cleaning filter, scrapper self-cleaning filter, suction self-cleaning filter

Brush self-cleaning filter (Brush self flushing filter)

• The water to be treated enters the body through the water inlet, and the impurities in the water are deposited on the stainless steel filter screen, resulting in a pressure difference.
• When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the electronic controller sends the hydraulic control valve and drive motor signals to trigger the following actions:
• The motor drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter element. At the same time, the control valve is opened to discharge the sewage. The entire cleaning process only lasts for tens of seconds.

Scrapper self-cleaning filter ( Scrapper self flushing filter)

• Water enters through the inlet, first through a coarse screen to filter out larger particles of impurities, and then to the fine screen.
• In the filtration process, the fine screen gradually accumulates the dirt and impurities in the water, forming a filter impurity layer, because the impurity layer accumulates on the inside of the fine filter, so a pressure difference is formed on both sides of the fine filter inside and outside.
• When the pressure difference of the filter reaches a preset value, the motor drives the scrapper to rotate to clean the filter element.

Suction self-cleaning filter (Suction self flushing filter)

Suction filter is a kind of filtering equipment with high filtration precision, the basic principle is: the use of pressure control valve to control the pressure in the filter cavity, and then squeeze impurities into the inner wall of the filter, and then use the suction pipe to suck out.
