Application: Air conditioning HVAC system, steel mill, automotive manufacturing, power plants, petrochemicals, agricultural gardens and papermaking, water and sewage treatment.

Working principle:

Brush Type Self Cleaning Filter is a fully automatic self-cleaning water filter, the filter  is installed with a set of stainless steel brush, or sucking scanner, or brush and sucking combination. The device is driven by the gear reduction motor rotation, on the filter end cover or bottom installation of an electric sewage valve.

During operation, turbid water enters through the inlet and filters slag through stainless steel wedge wire screen. Clean water flow from the outlet, when too much dirt gathers, resulting in poor filtration, cavity pressure rise, when the pressure difference inlet and outlet of the water reaches a certain value (pre-set), pressure differential switch sends signal to the controller, the controller starts the gearbox motor, drive the internal device rotation brush off or sucking impurities.

At the same time open the electric sewage valve, discharge dirt, cleaning time is about 1 minute, no need to break the flow during cleaning, sewage pressure loss does not exceed 0.05MPa, flow loss does not exceed 1%.
