Characteristic
- It can be seen from the equipment structure that the heat required for drying is indirectly heated by the jacket and blade wall. Therefore, there is no need or only a small amount of gas in the drying process to carry the moisture content of material evaporation, and the heat utilization rate can reach 80% ~ 90%.
- The heat transfer surface of the equipment is composed of blades and wall surfaces, of which the blade heat transfer surface accounts for the majority. Therefore, the equipment has compact structure, large heat transfer surface per unit volume and small floor area, which can save investment costs.
- In the drying process, the air consumption is small, the flow rate is low, and the dust taken away by the gas is small. Therefore, the recovery of gas dust after drying is convenient, and the recovery equipment is simple, saving equipment investment. For the drying process with solvent recovery, the solvent concentration in the gas can be increased to reduce the solvent recovery equipment or shorten the process.
- Due to the special blade structure, the materials are squeezed and relaxed alternately in the drying process, which strengthens the drying. In addition, when the two blades rotate alternately in reverse, it has a self-cleaning effect, so it can also be applied to viscous and paste materials.
- The retention rate of materials in the dryer is very high, and the residence time is adjusted by feeding rate, rotating speed, stock volume, etc. It can be arbitrarily selected from a few minutes to a few hours. Therefore, it is suitable for materials that are easy to dry and not easy to dry. In addition, although there are many mixing blades in the dryer, the material basically flows in a piston flow from the feeding port to the discharge port in the dryer, and the residence time distribution is very narrow, so the product is dried evenly.
