CZJ-CZK series standard chemical centrifugal pumps are single-stage, single-suction and horizontal centrifugal pumps, and their size and performance conform to DIN24256/ISO5199 standards. The bearing frame, the shaft, the sealed box body and the impeller form a mounting unit module, and the pumps of different specifications can be completely interchanged, thereby saving spare parts reserve cost. At the same time, after removing the separable coupling, the mounting unit consisting of the bearing frame, the shaft, the seal box and the impeller can be removed without removing the pipe and the motor.

Characteristic
The axial force is balanced by the balance hole on the back blade or impeller, and the shaft seal can adopt soft packing seal or single or double face mechanical seal. The pump body with a diameter of more than 80 is designed into a double volute structure, so that the radial force of the liquid acting on the impeller is always in a balanced state, which maximizes the service life of the mechanical seal and bearing. The coupling can adopt quincunx coupling or extended coupling. The flange design adopts PN16 and PN25 standard flanges, and ANSI b165150 lb / h standard flange can also be adopted according to the needs of users.
