Candle Type Diatomite Filter with candle cartridge structure design can realize no residual liquid discharge in the shell, not affecting the up and down batch of material in the bottom of the cartridge without any obstacle structure, while the bottom can be manually, pneumatically electric slag discharge, the slag discharge port is large.

And the cartridge is installed vertically which is very conducive to vertical slagging. For typical applications like beer clarification, electrolyte de-impurities, metal degreasing de-slagging, phosphating de-slagging, chemical products concentration, thickening, etc. is very suitable for this series of products.

Working principle

When Candle Type Diatomite Filter filtering, it forms a pre-coating of diatomaceous earth on the filter disc. When the liquid to be filtered passes through the diatomaceous earth pre-coating, the impurities in it are blocked; and the clean liquid passes through the microscopic tubular or sheet-like gap as well as the gap between particles through the filter layer.
