Horizontal Leaf Filter
Horizontal Leaf Filter is a precise clarifying equipment with the features of high-efficiency, energy-saving and auto-hermetic filtering. It has the features as follows:

Working Principle
- The upper vibration type vibration slag extractor is located on the upper part of the filter plate.
- The lower vibration type vibration slag extractor is located in the middle of the filter plate.
With the increase of filtration time, more and more solid impurities are intercepted, and the thickness of filter cake is increasing, which makes the filter resistance of the system increasing. When the pressure reaches the set value, slag shall be discharged. At this time, stop feeding the filtrate to the tank and pass the compressed air through the overflow pipe. The remaining hydraulic pressure in the tank can be blown into another leaf filter. Then turn off the compressed air and filter the decolorizing oil or hydrogen oil. When the oil is melted, steam is injected into the tank. When filtering crude oil or other filtrate, blow compressed air into the tank to dry the filter cake. After the filter cake is dried, close the steam or compressed air, open the butterfly valve, start the vibrator to vibrate the filter, and remove the filter cake on the filter mesh screen.
