Multi-functions Filtering + Washing + Drying (three in one) Machine

Multi-functions filtering, washing, drying (three in one) machine is a solid-liquid equipment with the functions of filtration, washing, drying reaction and residue discharging automatically. It is widely used in fine chemical, petroleum food stuff, printing pharmaceutical industries and so on.

Functions

Filtration: operate under pressure or vacuum to realize solid-liquid separation. During filtration, the filter cake is flat and the solid-liquid separation effect is good.

Washing: a 360°rotary spray device is installed on the inner side of the container to make the cleaning (washing) liquid evenly distributed in the container, which can realize the internal cleaning of the container and slurry washing of materials. The filter cake and washing solution are mixed by lifting and stirring, so that the slurry crystallization and filter cake can be fully washed without crystal breaking.

Drying: the filter cake is scraped loose layer by layer by stirring leaves, the equipment heating device uniformly heats the filter cake, and heats the wet material with hot gas under vacuum to accelerate evaporation, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid and sufficient drying.

Sampling: after the filter cake is dried for an appropriate time, online sampling is carried out to analyze the moisture content of the filter cake, which can be cooled and prepared for unloading when it meets the internal quality control requirements of the product.

Unloading: scrape the material loose and discharge it automatically from the discharge port on the side of the tank wall by pushing the mixing paddle.
