The Structure of Filtering Washing Drying Integrated Machine
Filtering Washing Drying Integrated Machine is mainly composed of transmission parts, lifting parts, washing parts, scraper mechanism, cylinder assembly, pneumatic device, filter disc, frame and related pipeline and testing and control instrumentation.
Transmission components
Transmission components are mainly composed of motor, reducer, transmission shaft, bearing housing, lubrication system, seal, etc. The motor reducer drives the drive shaft and the scraper mechanism on the shaft to achieve forward and reverse rotation, through the scraper mechanism forward and reverse rotation to unload the filter cake, grinding together the cracks of the filter cake caused by pressure leakage, the need for slurry washing materials, but also to play a role in stirring and mixing. The seal ensures that there is no leakage between the cylinder body and the drive shaft, and ensures the internal pressure of the cylinder body.
Lifting parts
Lifting parts are mainly composed of cylinder, guiding mechanism, etc., which is the actuator to ensure the up and down movement of the scraper.
Washing parts
The washing part realizes the washing of the inside of the cylinder and the filter cake. The washing liquid enters from the entrance of the washing pipe and washes the inside of the cartridge and the filter cake continuously and evenly through multiple washing nozzles.
Upper cylinder
The upper cylinder body consists of the cylinder body, head assembly, flange, etc. The head assembly includes head, breathing valve, safety valve, pressure gauge, sight glass, washing liquid inlet, feed inlet, compressed air inlet and other inlet receiver. Transmission parts, lifting parts and washing parts are installed on the upper cylinder body.
Scraper mechanism
Scraper mechanism to achieve three functions: (1) unloading: filter cake formed on the filter plate after the end of filtration, scraper mechanism down and rotate, the filter cake will be scraped up and driven to the discharge valve position to discharge the machine; (2) flattening: when the filter cake cracks, scraper device reverse rotation, the cracks will be flattened to avoid pressure leakage to ensure the normal conduct of filtration. (3) Stirring and mixing: for materials that need to be re-pulpized and filtered, it can play the role of stirring and mixing to accelerate the replacement of washing liquid and mother liquor and optimize the washing effect.
Discharge valve
Adopt manual or automatic quick-open discharge valve. It is installed on the side of the cylinder, and the filter cake is discharged from its valve.
Filter disc
It is composed of multi-layer metal sintered mesh. It can be divided into integral installation type and split installation type. Integral installation type of the filter disc is a whole. The split-mounted filter disc is divided into several pieces, and each small filter disc is installed independently. The filtering accuracy and material can be selected according to the actual needs. The filter disc is rigid, accurate, and can be repeatedly rinsed and used for a long time. The filter disc is the key component of the whole machine, and its precision is directly related to the filtration effect.
Lower cylinder
The lower cylinder body is the carrier for installing the filter disc. It is composed of flange, cylinder, head, discharge valve port, liquid outlet port, movable support frame and so on. The lower cylinder can be automatically lifted to the ground under the action of the cylinder, and can be moved quickly and conveniently through the movable support frame to facilitate thorough cleaning of the filter disc.
Frame
The frame is the support of the whole machine. The frame legs have holes for the ground bolts.
Automatic control system
The control of this machine is centralized through PLC or computer, and monitored and fed back through pressure controller, temperature controller, travel switch, proximity switch and material level detector, so as to realize fully automatic control.
