Horizontal Screw Discharge Filtering Centrifuge

Working principle
The motor drives the drum and the concentrically installed feeding screw group to rotate at a certain differential speed in the same direction and high speed. The materials are continuously received from the feed and evenly distributed on the filter screen wall at the bottom of the drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase is discharged from the drum through the filter screen and the filter hole on the drum wall. It is discharged out of the machine through the drain port. The solid phase is retained in the drum to form filter residue. Under the combined action of the conical component of centrifugal force and the feeding screw family, the filter residue continuously moves to the big end of the drum and is discharged out of the drum through the unloading tank.
Successful applications
The centrifuge is suitable for the particles content around 10%-60% and linear or crystalline solid particles which size around 0.1-2.6mm. It has been successfully applied for solid-liquid separation in chemical, salt, medicine food, metallurgy, mining, pharmaceutical and other industries. Such as: AH-potassium salt, sodium chloride, sodium chlorate and sodium hyposulphite, vanadium,citric acid, cologne acid, potassium chloride, polyvinyl chloride sodium phosphate, fruit juice, aspirin, methyl cellulose, ammonium sulphate, urea, plastic particles, etc.
