YHD Multi-effective Mixer
YHD multi-effective mixer is the replacement product of knife mixer. It has the advantages of small volume and low power. The agitator is replaced by the momentary dispersion and mixing in the mixer when operate. It is mainly used for continuous hydration, neutralization, annealing, mix the oleic acidoleic alkali and oil water before degumming soap removing and dehydration in the process of degumming in the vegetable oil refining factory.
Working Principle
The mixing vane of the multi effect mixer adopts a push vane. The vane rotates driven by the mixing shaft to push out work on the fluid located in the vane area. The fluid generates a certain pressure head driven by the vane. Due to the baffle around the tank, the liquid forms an axial up and down circulating flow. In order to achieve the purpose of strong mixing, the multi-layer mixing structure is designed for the multi effect mixer. Due to the different directional arrangement of mixing blades in each layer, a high turbulent and sufficient mixing zone is formed around the blade.
Mixing Effect
The multi effect mixer adopts the one-off design of upper and lower cavities, with the upper being the dispersion cavity and the lower being the mixing cavity. The mixed liquid entering the dispersion chamber makes radial and axial circulation driven by the opposite direction of the two-layer stirring blades. With the influence of the baffle in the chamber, the mixing area produces strong turbulence, which reduces the division of the liquid rest micro clusters, expands the contact surface between the mixed components, increases the molecular diffusion rate, and the droplets of the mixed liquid are evenly dispersed, The dispersion degree can make the droplets disperse to 0.5-2 µ m and distribute evenly, which can fully achieve the treatment effect of dispersion and mixing, which is the micro mixing required in mixing theory. The mixed liquid after micro mixing treatment continuously enters the lower mixing chamber. In the lower mixing chamber, in order to achieve the purpose of macro mixing into the required overall circulation without dead angle, the mixing blades of the mixing chamber adopt a three-layer structure and are arranged in the opposite direction. Driven by the blades, the upper, lower, left and right flows, radial and axial flows generated by the agitator make the mixed liquid achieve a strong overall circulation. The mixing non-uniformity coefficient is ≤ 1-5%. The whole process achieves the effective mixing purpose of both macro mixing and micro mixing.
