In the juice production process, the crushing and pressing machine, as an efficient solid-liquid separation equipment, mainly undertakes two core functions. Its application can be broken down into the following key links:
1. Crushing pretreatment stage
• The high-speed crushing knife group breaks fruits (such as apples, citrus, berries, etc.) into uniform fine particles, destroys the cell wall structure, releases cell contents, and provides an ideal material form for subsequent efficient squeezing.

2. Multi-stage squeezing and juicing stage
• The spiral progressive squeezing system squeezes the pulp in stages through precise pressure control (usually 0.5-2MPa), ensuring gentle extraction while maximizing the juice yield.
• The special screen design (optional 316L stainless steel/food-grade wedge-shaped wire filter cartridge) achieves efficient separation of juice and pomace, with a typical juice yield increase of 15-25% vs. traditional processes.
• The integrated vibration residue removal system automatically discharges low-moisture pomace (moisture content ≤ 65%), significantly reducing the subsequent processing costs.

• NFC juice production: low-temperature crushing and squeezing to maintain natural enzyme activity.
