Structure principle
- The basic rotation imitates human manual sieving action, the swinging amplitude is adjustable from 25-40mm, and the swinging frequency is adjustable from 120-360 times/min.
- The residence time of the screened material in the machine can be adjusted by the warp direction and tangent angle of the screen.
- The tumbling movement of the material on the mesh level and throwing makes the material evenly distributed on the mesh from the center to the edge. Thus, it spreads the fine particles axially with gyratory motion.
- The horizontal and direct acceleration increases with the movement of the particles, and the particles close to the screen hole are successfully separated, and the large particles are sent to the outlet.
