Working Principle

The equipment is horizontal cylindrical, the cylinder body is jacketed heat transfer structure, and there is a special patented mixing mechanism for heat transfer in the cylinder. While the materials in the cylinder are heated by the jacket from the cylinder and the internal mixer, they are also evaporated, crystallized and dried under dynamic and vacuum conditions at one time, or evaporated and concentrated separately under dynamic conditions, crystallized and dried under dynamic conditions. It is widely used in medicine, food, chemical industry, bio-engineering, metallurgical powder, environmental protection and other materials. It is forced to dehydrate at low temperature in a vacuum and clean environment.

The dried material is added from the middle of the upper side of the shell. Under the stirring of the rotating rake teeth, when the material contacts the shell wall, the surface is constantly updated. The dried material is indirectly heated by steam to vaporize the moisture of the material. The vaporized moisture is timely pumped out by the vacuum pump. The machine can adopt the simultaneous heating mode of inter-layer and rake teeth at the same time, with larger heat transfer area and high thermal efficiency, Make it obtain higher drying efficiency. Due to the high operating vacuum, the water vapor pressure on the surface of the dried material is much greater than the water vapor pressure in the evaporation space in the drying housing, which is conducive to the discharge of internal and surface moisture of the dried material, the movement of water molecules of the dried material and the purpose of drying.
