Inclined Screen Type Solid Liquid Separator
Inclined Screen Type Solid Liquid Separator is suitable for manure treatment in the farm or animal raising industry. It is the most economical automatic solid and liquid separator in this application.

Working principle
A non-blocking slurry pump is used to pump the raw slurry material that needs to be separated and filtered to the feed port of the solid-liquid separator, and then the slurry and fecal liquid are squeezed and filtered by the screw auger blades of the solid-liquid separator, and the filtered wastewater is separated from the solid-liquid. The lower end of the machine flows away, and the separated solid matter is discharged from the front end of the solid-liquid separator.
Features
- Vibration separation method: The solid-liquid separation speed is fast, the processing capacity is large, and the sewage can be treated between 20m-60m/H per hour. Select the aperture of the screen for different needs.
- The screw feeding slag extrusion system is adopted: the separated manure is extruded twice to reduce the water content of the manure, and an extrusion sewage discharge port is provided before the slag is discharged, which can ensure that the separated manure has a low moisture content. The removal rate of suspended solids and organic matter in sewage is more than 90%. At the same time, according to the user's breeding and cleaning mode, dry and wet can be adjusted.
- The reasonable design of the vibrating screen and support rod: the selection of materials is excellent, it is suitable for use in harsh environments with strong corrosion and high humidity, and the use noise is low.
- Design of automatic cleaning system: It solves the problem of clogging the screen with dung and flushing the dirt inside the equipment after shutdown, and ensures the normal and continuous operation of the machine.
