Mechanical Grid Machine
Mechanical grid decontamination machine, also known as circulating tooth harrow grid decontamination machine or rotary solid-liquid separator, is a kind of special equipment for water treatment that can continuously and automatically intercept and remove various shapes of debris in the fluid. It is widely used in urban sewage treatment, tap water industry, power plant water inlet, and can also be used as pre-screening equipment in the wastewater treatment process of textile, food processing, papermaking, leather and other industries. It is currently an effective solid-liquid screening equipment.
Working principle
The mechanical grid machine is assembled into a set of rotary grille chains by a unique rake tooth. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake tooth chain rotates against the direction of the water flow to salvage the scum floating on the water surface. When the rake tooth chain runs to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the sheave and the curved rail, each group of Relative self-cleaning motion occurs between the tines, and most of the solid matter falls down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the sweeper to clean up the debris stuck on the rake teeth.
According to the direction of water flow, the rake tooth chain is similar to the grille, and the rake tooth gap assembled on the rake tooth chain shaft can be selected according to the use conditions. When the rake teeth separate the solid suspended matter in the fluid, it can ensure the smooth flow of water. The whole working process is continuous or intermittent.

- It has a certain self-purification ability, stable movement and no noise;
- There is no clogging phenomenon, and it is very suitable for the production of fine grid decontamination machines with a spacing of 1~10mm. In actual production, the effect of medium and coarse grid decontamination machines of 10~20mm is also very satisfactory;
- Due to the support of the hooks of the rake teeth, the trapped dirt will not fall, and when the top is turned over, it is easy to remove the dirt;
- High degree of automation, high separation efficiency, low power consumption, no noise, good corrosion resistance, continuous and stable work under unattended conditions, and equipped with overload protection devices.
- At the same time, the operation interval of the equipment can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the needs to realize periodic operation;
- It can also be automatically controlled according to the liquid level difference before and after the grille, and has a manual control function to facilitate maintenance, and the daily maintenance workload is small.
