Four kinds of Sewage Pipe (PVC, ABS, GS, SS)

Stainless Steel

1. Rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe (PVC-U)

  • Application: used for water supply (non-drinking water), drainage pipes, rainwater pipes.
  • Advantages: corrosion resistance, smooth inner wall, not easy to scale, good hydraulic conditions, light weight, easy installation, not easy to age, low thermal strength, hard texture, cheap, easy to bond, flame retardant.
  • Disadvantages: no impact resistance, poor durability, high requirements for joint bonding technology, long curing time.
  • Connection method: socket bonding, plastic welding, special accessories flange connection, threaded connection.

2. ABS engineering plastic pipe (ABS)

  • Application: It is commonly used in sanitary ware sewer pipes, gas transmission pipes, and highly corrosive industrial pipes in foreign countries. It is generally used in indoor hot and cold water pipes, chemical dosing pipes for water treatment, and corrosive industrial pipes.
  • Advantages: high strength, impact resistance, direct threading, good hygienic performance, suitable for pure water transportation.
  • Disadvantages: The bonding curing time is long, and it is flammable.
  • Connection method: mainly socket connection, flange connection and threaded connection of special accessories.

3. Galvanized Steel Pipe (Hot Dip)

  • Application: Fire protection systems and production water supply pipes with pipe diameters less than or equal to 150mm.
  • Advantages: high strength, convenient interface, high internal pressure, smooth inner surface and good hydraulic conditions.
  • Disadvantages: easy to corrode, high cost.
  • Connection method: threaded connection, flange connection.
Galvanized Steel Pipe

4. Stainless steel tube

  • Application: conveying pure water and corrosive production sewage.
  • Advantages: Corrosion resistance, impermeability, good air tightness, smooth inner wall, light weight, easy installation, high pressure resistance, vibration resistance.
  • Disadvantages: difficult to construct and expensive.
  • Connection method: compression type, compression type, push type (flexible type), taper thread type, quick connection flange type, flange type, screw connection type, socket type.
