What is Water Pipe Filter?

Water Pipe Filter is mainly composed of connection pipe, housing, filter basket, flange, flange cover and fasteners, etc.. Installed in the pipeline can remove the larger solid impurities in the fluid, so that equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.), and instruments can work and operate normally to stabilize the process and ensure safe production.

Working Principle
When the liquid enters the filter basket through the barrel, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter basket, and the clean fluid is discharged through the filter basket and by the filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, unscrew the screw plug at the bottom of the main tube, drain the fluid, disassemble the flange cover, and reassemble it after cleaning. Therefore, it is extremely convenient to use and maintain.

Scope of application
The pipe filter has the advantages of compact structure, large filtration capacity, small pressure loss, wide range of application, easy maintenance, etc. Its main applicable materials are:
1. Weakly corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production, such as: water, oil, ammonia, hydrocarbons, etc.
2. Chemical production of corrosive materials, such as: caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated dilute sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, aldehyde acid, etc.
3. Refrigeration in the low-temperature materials, such as: liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen and various cold agents.
4. Food, pharmaceutical production of materials with health requirements, such as: beer, beverages, dairy products, syrup, etc.

Application method

Manual control

Rotate the manual/automatic selector switch to the manual position, the motor and hydraulic control valve are powered on, the hydraulic control valve opens and the discharge starts. Rotate the selector switch to the automatic position to enter the automatic state.

Automatic control

Turn the manual/automatic selector switch to the automatic position and set the filter time and drain time timer first. The lower row digital tube of the timer displays the set value and the upper row digital tube displays the timing value.
