What is Inline Disc Filter?
Inline Disc Filter is composed of a set of discs with grooves on both sides, the intersection formed by the prongs of the grooves can intercept the solids in the water, and it can intercept the organic and inorganic substances in the raw water, and it has the ability to intercept the soft impurities and fiber soft impurities.
Structure
Backwashing is realized by automatic controller, differential pressure sensor, three-way valve and electromagnetic head.
1. Precise filtration: Different precision filter stacks can be selected according to water requirements, with 20μm, 55μm, 100μm, 130μm, 200μm, 400μm and other specifications.
2. High efficiency backwashing: High speed and thorough backwashing can be completed in only about 7-15 seconds, and the water consumption of backwashing is less than 0.5% of the filtered water.
3. Fully automatic operation and continuous water discharge: Within the filter set, the backwashing process alternates in turns, and the automatic switching between working and backwashing states ensures continuous water discharge and small pressure loss of the system.
4. Standard modularization: Standard modular system design, users can configure as required, simple and flexible, strong interchangeability.
5. Save area: flexible use of space at the corners and installation in accordance with local conditions, occupying very little space. For example, for a 300 m3/hour treatment volume and general water quality, the equipment with a filtration level of 100μ occupies only 3 square meters.
6. Reliable operation and simple maintenance: almost no daily maintenance, easy installation and operation, 100% of the components are tested and tested by the factory, no special tools are needed, and few spare parts are required.
7. Long service life: High-tech plastic filter cores are strong, non-abrasive and non-corrosive, and have been proven in industrial practice for many years, and the filtration and backwashing effect will not deteriorate with time.
