How to maintain Rotary Mechanical Screen?

Mechanical Bar Screen

The Rotary Mechanical Screen is a highly practical decontamination machine, which is widely used because it has many advantages. The electrical control can set the corresponding start-stop and single cycle times according to the different requirements of the user, and can also control the operation of the equipment according to the difference between the liquid level before and after the grid.

Structure

The Rotary Mechanical Screen has a grid of gratings, grating shafts, chain plates, etc. to replace the traditional grille of the grid. The grid is rotated in the rack, so as to intercept the suspended solids in the sewage and continuously separate the suspended solids in the water, so that the work efficiency is high, the operation is smooth, the water level difference before and after the grille is small, and it is not easy to block. The machine is suitable for use as a coarse and fine grille.

Maintenance

1. Check every week whether the electrical circuit and emergency stop function of the inlet grill decontamination machine are normal.

2. Every day to the oil robbery of the bearing housing to fill calcium-based grease.

3. The lubricating oil in the reducer should be replaced regularly, usually pay more attention to the oil level of the reducer.

4. The equipment can not be in a long-term shutdown, once a week to free run. The reason for the failure of the normal operation of the motor and the rake tooth chain during operation: the overload of the equipment causes the overload safety pin to be cut off the elimination method:

1) The safety pin is removed and the overload safety pin is replaced.

2) Check the cause of equipment overload, mainly to see whether there is debris stuck in the rake tooth chain.
3) If any debris trap the rake tooth chain, remove the debris before booting.
