1. Working principle.

Basic process: Water enters the backwash filter from the inlet, first passes through the coarse filter to remove larger particles of impurities, and then reaches the fine filter. As the filtration proceeds, impurities gradually accumulate on the fine filter to form a layer of filtered impurities.

Pressure difference trigger: When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter reaches the preset value, the system starts the automatic cleaning process. At this time, the drain valve opens, part of the water flows into the system from the outlet, and the remaining water flows from the outside of the filter to the inside and is discharged through the drain port.

Cleaning method: During the backwash process, water flows in reverse through the filter, flushing away the impurities on the filter to complete the cleaning.
