1. Crushing Pre-treatment Stage

Specially designed screens (optional 316L stainless steel/food-grade wedge wire mesh filter cartridges) efficiently separate juice and pulp, typically increasing juice yield by 15-25% compared to traditional processes.
The integrated vibration residue removal system automatically discharges low-moisture fruit pomace (moisture content ≤65%), significantly reducing subsequent processing costs.
