Wedge wire screen is one of the products of ore screen. Wedge wire screen material: stainless steel mesh 302-316L, copper wire mesh, metal plate mesh, sintered felt, filter paper and filter cloth, etc.

Wedge wire screen features:
1. The wedge wire screen with high porosity is more suitable for building high efficiency water, oil and gas wells.
2. The wedge wire screen with low operation cost and high porosity is more conducive to the infiltration of groundwater, and the abundant water volume reduces the drawdown of water level, thus reducing energy consumption.
3. Reduce the wear of the pump. Under the same conditions, the higher porosity makes the speed of groundwater penetrating into the wedge wire screen much slower than that of other filtering devices, so as to avoid sand entering the wedge wire screen under higher water pressure and reduce the wear of the pump.
4. To prolong the service life of the well, it is relatively easier for groundwater to penetrate into the wedge wire screen with high pore filtration, and the water flow rate is low, thus prolonging the service life of the well.

The wedge wires and all support rods are connected by full welding, and the screen sleeve is internally supported by the base pipe, which increases the durability and strength and effectively extends the service life. The strength of the central base pipe is only 2-3% lower than that of the original steel pipe.
