The main body of the sieve bend screen is a stainless steel arc or plane filter screen made of wedge-shaped steel rods. The wastewater to be treated is evenly distributed on the inclined screen surface through the overflow weir. Due to the small and smooth surface gap of the screen, the back gap is large, the drainage is smooth and not easy to block; the solid substances are retained, and the filtered water flows out from the gap of the sieve plate. At the same time, under the action of hydraulic force, the solid substances are pushed to the lower end of the sieve plate and discharged, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation. The sieve bend screen can effectively reduce the concentration of suspended solids in the water and reduce the processing load of the subsequent process. At the same time, it is also used for solid-liquid separation and recovery of useful substances in industrial production.
