Meltblown filter cartridges are disposable deep-layer filter cartridges that use physical depth interception, have a gradient density structure, and are economical and practical. They are the mainstay of pre-filtration and clarification filtration for industrial fluids

Main Technical Parameters

Filtration Accuracy: Typically ranges from 1μm to 100μm. Common specifications include 1μm, 5μm, 10μm, 20μm, and 50μm.
Dimensions (Outer Diameter × Length): Common sizes are 2.75 inches (approximately 70mm) × 10 inches (254mm) and 4.5 inches (115mm) × 10 inches (254mm), with lengths also available in 20 inches, 30 inches, and 40 inches.
Maximum Working Pressure: Typically 0.4-0.6 MPa (4-6 bar).
Working Temperature: Generally ≤ 60°C for PP material.
Pressure Differential: The recommended maximum initial pressure differential is no more than 0.02 MPa, and the replacement pressure differential is typically 0.1-0.2 MPa.
