The main component of the dehydrator is a filter unit, which consists of a screw and a stack of fixed and moving rings. The small gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring can filter the sludge, and the lumen between the screw and the ring is filled with polymer particles. The moving ring transfers the sludge to the end of the machine by pressure and squeezes out the sludge cake. The operation of the screw drives the moving ring to clean the gap and avoid blockage.
