Jacketed Bag Filter Housing
It is mainly used in the transmission pipeline of petroleum, chemical and other industries with the advantages of compact structure, small pressure loss, large treatment capacity, small heat loss.
The jacketed bag filter is a double-layer structure, and the layer can be filled with steam or heat transfer oil to maintain or increase the fluid temperature, prevent fluid solidification, improve the filtration speed of viscous liquid, or meet the temperature requirements of the next process. Jacketed bag filters are mostly used in areas with low temperature.
Operation process
- The first step is to close the inlet valve and open the exhaust valve to reduce the pressure in the filter to normal pressure.
- Step 2: open the four sets of eyebolts on the top cover and open the top cover.
- Step 3: open the snap ring for fixing the filter bag, put forward the blocked filter bag and replace it with a new filter bag.
- Step 4: close the top cover and lock the four sets of eye bolts.
- Step 5: open the water inlet valve and close the exhaust valve when liquid flows out of the exhaust valve.
The total process is generally completed in about 10-15 minutes. Filter maintenance: generally, when the pressure difference of the filter reaches 2-3kg, it proves that the filter bag has been basically blocked. At this time, there is little liquid flowing out of the outlet of the filter. At this time, the filter bag should be replaced.

- Weakly corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production, such as water, oil products, ammonia, hydrocarbons, etc.
- Corrosive materials in chemical production, such as caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated and dilute sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, aldehyde acid, etc.
- Low temperature materials in refrigeration, such as liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen and various refrigerants.
- Materials with hygienic requirements in food and pharmaceutical production, such as beer, beverage, dairy products, syrup, etc.

Metallurgy: continuous casting water, high-pressure dephosphorization water, clean circulating water, turbid circulating water filtration, cooling water full filtration, side filtration, nozzle protection, etc.
Power: steam turbine cooling water filtration, ash water recovery filtration, dust reduction nozzle protection, cooling tower water full filtration and side filtration, etc.
Raw water: lake water, river water, reservoir water, well water, rainwater, sand, algae, organic matter filtration during groundwater extraction, etc.
