The LW type centrifuge is mainly composed of a centrifuge host (including the centrifuge, drum and bearing member, upper cover, feed tube, auxiliary motor component, protective cover member, etc.), and a part of the electronically controlled system.

Base and motor
The base component is the basis for supporting all other components, and the centrifuge is an overall welded base. The upper part is equipped with a spindle component, and the two main bearing are mounted in the bearing box. There are 4 rubber shock absorbers installed in the lower part, and there is no need to add the foundation.
In addition, the upper portion is also equipped with motor components, and its main function is the power source of the centrifuge. It consists mainly consisting of electric motor, motor pulley, motor guide, adjustment bolt, etc.
Drum and bearing seat parts
The main shaft component is the core component of the whole machine transmission. It mainly has a box, an inner shaft, an outer axis, and an inlet bearing is equipped with an inlet bearing. It is equipped with a bearing pressure cover, and the compression cover is equipped with a sealed seal, especially The front end seal of the bearing uses a double high-speed oil seal, which is small due to a small difference between the inner shaft and the outer axis, and the lubrication of the inner bearing is lubricated.
The inner spiral components are also one of the critical components of the entire centrifuge. The spiral end is coupled to the output shaft of the differential, and the rotation is rotated by the rotating drum through the output shaft of the differential.
The differential used by this machine is the planetary gear differential, which is the most complex and most refined component in the centrifuge.
Feed tube components
The feed tube is a channel of liquid flow.
Auxiliary motor parts
Connect to the differential, drive the internal spiral rotation, and form a rotational speed with the outer drive drum.
Electronic control system
The main motor and the auxiliary motor are started, and the start is stable.
The machine has super-rotational speed protection, motor overload overheating protection. It can also be flexibly configured according to customer requirements.
