Titanium Rod Filter
Titanium rod filter uses titanium powder sintered cartridge, which is generally used for coarse or intermediate filtration. This cartridge has the advantages of high precision, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength, and is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. The shell material is 316L or 304 stainless steel, which meets GMP standards.
This filter adopts 316L stainless steel material as the shell, and the internal filter element is titanium tube, which has the characteristics of light texture, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, strong acid resistance, strong alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and the filter element can be regenerated and used repeatedly, etc.
It is a hollow filter tube made of titanium metal powder processed by high temperature sintering method using powder metallurgy method. It is especially suitable for decarbonization and filtration in the production line of large infusion and injection. This series of products have compact structure, beautiful shape and are produced according to GMP standard, and the connection of fittings adopts standard quick-fit connection, which is easy to disassemble and clean.
Cleaning method:
After using for a period of time, the titanium rod cartridge will be blocked to a certain extent, and the performance flow will be reduced and the pressure at the front end of the filter will be increased, such as: from below 0.22MPa to above 0.3MPa, then the cartridge should be cleaned, and the cleaning methods are generally as follows:
- For the newly used cartridge, generally use the method of clear water backflushing and gas backblowing to clean, that is, use the clear water slightly greater than the working pressure (such as 0.3MPa) to reverse the water injection cleaning. The backwashing time is about 1~3 minutes.
- For many times after backwashing, the filtering effect is not obvious back when the use of 5% or less of hydrochloric acid solution, or 8% or less of sulfuric acid solution, or 10% or less of NaoH solution at room temperature, soak, and then wash with water.
- The specific choice of acid washing or alkali washing, should depend on the impurities in the filtrate easily dissolved in acid or alkali to choose.
